Notices from the Health Promotion Forum: December 2021

Thursday, December 16, 2021   Posted in: Newsletters By: Administrator With tags: newsletter, health promotion

Kia ora and festive greetings This is our last monthly notice for 2021 and we are looking forward to unwinding and celebrating (safely), as we are sure you are after such a challenging year, with whanau and friends.

We thank our valued members, partners, colleagues and everyone else who has supported us and we look forward with optimism and to working with you again in the New Year!

The HPF team would like to gift our members with an inspirational book of poems and photos titled Talia mei Loto compiled by our Executive Director Sione Tu’itahi who dabbles in poetry in his spare time. We hope you can share this gift - which has the theme of wellbeing, and the wellbeing of our common home, planet Earth - with your whānau, friends and co-workers.

Download a copy of Talia mei Loto. Enjoy!

Next year we have planned another exciting series of webishops, with timely and engaging themes, and awesome speakers.

Registrations are now open for the first online version of the Certificate of Achievement in Introducing Health-Promotion (CoA) for jointly offered by HPF and Manukau Institute of Technology starting in February 2022. Dates for the rest of the courses have also been scheduled.

We'd like to remind you that if you're new to health promotion and would like to improve your health promotion skills please check out our online courses and start your learning from wherever you are in Aotearoa.

We also encourage our members to take advantage of our exclusive offer to advertise job vacancies, courses, webishops or other events in the field of health promotion in the notice -due out on the 20th of each month.
