Appetite for Life.Appetite for Life is a FREE 6-week weight management and healthy lifestyle programme that has been designed specifically for people who are fed up with the dieting process and just want to have a normal relationship with food.

The programme promotes lifestyle changes that help you lose weight slowly, maintain weight loss and feel good about yourself throughout the process.

You'll cook delicious healthy food each week with two experienced facilitators, and receive an informative resources full of great ideas and recipes.

Appetite for Life courses are starting across Greater Christchurch during October in the following locations:

  • Community Care Lincoln - Monday evenings (6 to 8pm) starting Monday 16th October 2017.
  • St Ambrose Church - Monday evenings (6 to 8pm) starting Monday 30th October 2017.
  • Jura Courts Community Lounge - Tuesday mornings (10am to noon) starting Tuesday 17th October 2017.
  • Halswell Lounge - Wednesday evenings (6 to 8pm) starting Wednesday 18th October 2017.
  • Papanui Youth Centre - Wednesday evenings (6 to 8pm) starting Wednesday 25th October 2017.
  • Village Presbyterian Church - Wednesday evenings (6 to 8pm) starting Wednesday 25th October 2017.
  • St Peters Community Hall - Thursday evenings (6.15 to 8.15pm) starting Thursday 19th October 2017.
  • South West Baptist Church - Thursday evenings (6.30 to 8.30pm) starting Thursday 19th October 2017.

  • Hornby Lounge - Wednesday evenings (6 to 8pm) starting Wednesday 8rd November 2017.
