This course with Margaret Morrell (BA.Hons, Dip Soc Wk, Registered Social Worker) provides everything both new and experienced supervisors need to know to provide excellent supervision.
If you have ever felt that you were supervising by the "seat of your pants", been unsure whether you were meeting your supervisee's needs, or questioned your competence as a supervisor, this is the course for you!
Come to this course and learn how to provide excellent reflective supervision and how to constantly improve the supervision you provide.
Dates: Tuesday 5th to Thursday 7th March 2019.
Times: 9am to 3.30 pm each day.
Location: The Elms Hotel (456 Papanui Road, Papanui).

- How to deal with ethical issues and dilemmas in your supervisees' practice.
Margaret is a social worker with over 40 years supervision experience. Her practice passion has been to develop accessible, practice-based training for supervisors and supervisees since 1998. Margaret has an excellent reputation for providing high quality, enjoyable supervision training for social workers and allied health professionals in health settings, government departments and NGOs throughout Australia and New Zealand.
