298 Youth Health.298 Youth Health Centre is looking for a Medical Receptionist and a Senior Administrator/Payroll/Accounts. These are both full-time positions.

Senior Administrator/Payroll/Accounts

Are you highly organised and have a passion for working with young people?

298 Youth Health Centre is seeking a senior administrator with a minimum of 5 years' experience to provide timely and efficient administration and accounting support to the Centre and the Centre Manager.

Responsibilities are varied and include payroll using MYOB and Xero, debtor and creditor management, and management for the efficient daily running of the front reception. Excellent communication skills and confidence using technology is essential.  Knowing your way around a patient management system, particularly Medtech 32 is highly desirable as is medical centre experience.

Medical Receptionist

Are you friendly, welcoming and relate well to young people?

298 Youth Health Centre is looking for an experienced front desk receptionist to join their youth friendly team.  Your responsibilities will be varied but your intrapersonal manner will be your forte. Along with your excellent communication skills, strong organisation and time management skills are essential.

You will have a high level of initiative, a can-do attitude, and the ability to anticipate the needs of your work colleagues and Centre Manager, and their youth clients. You will need excellent computer literacy and keyboard skills. Knowing your way around a patient management system, particularly Medtech 32 is highly desirable as is medical centre reception experience.
