Finding the Still Point in Uncertainty: An Evening with Hojin Sensei
Change and uncertainty are fundamental truths - it’s what is happening. How is it to move with uncertainty, not as something forced upon us by the world or our circumstances, more as a choice? Join this public Dharma talk to explore, through story, Zen teaching, and a breath of stillness, how we might pause, reconnect, and remember what does not move. The talk includes a question and answer period.
Date: Friday 9th January 2026.
Time: 7 to 8.15pm. Please be seated by 7pm.
Location: The Quaker Centre (217 Ferry Road, Waltham).
Cost: Koha | donation.
No registration is required, but you can RSVP by emailing christchurch[at]zen.org.nz.
