SuperGrans SuperSkills Ōtautahi is back
SuperGrans SuperSkills Ōtautahi (SGSSŌ) is back after a 15 year sabbatical! SGSSŌ is one of 12 organisations in the SuperGrans SuperSkills Network Charitable Organisation across Aotearoa. Together, they support our communities through whānau mentoring - sharing skills, knowledge, and experience through the concept of kaitiaki mentoring.
Their purpose is to empower people of all ages to strengthen their skills, grow their confidence, and make positive changes for themselves, their whānau, and their wider community.
Here in Ōtautahi, this mahi will continue through a range of workshops and events led by amazing volunteers. Some of these include:
- Cooking on a Budget;
- Technology Support;
- Finding a Job;
- Crochet Craft and Chat;
- Mums and Bubs;
- holiday-themed workshops, and so much more!
The offerings are always evolving based on community needs and the wonderful volunteers who join.
SuperGrans SuperSkills Ōtautahi love collaborating with other organisations and volunteer groups - and they’re always excited to meet more super-skilled humans!
