New Master of Public Health launched at University of Canterbury
The University of Canterbury now offers a Master of Public Health (MPH) - a professionally focused, 180-point qualification designed to strengthen Aotearoa New Zealand’s public health workforce and improve community wellbeing.
The programme can be completed in 18 months full time (or up to 4 years part time), providing a flexible pathway for both current professionals and new graduates. Students explore public health policy, epidemiology, leadership, and health promotion, and complete an applied capstone through an internship or industry-based project.
