Workshop on sun-drying fruit, vegetables and herbs
Come along to this workshop to learn about a fun and unusual way of preserving fruit, vegetables and herbs with Inga from the Foraging and Growing Corner. Sun-drying is a traditional food preservation technique, that Inga has adapted for the Christchurch environment.
Date: Saturday 10th January 2026.
Time: 10.30am to 12.30pm.
Start Location: Riverlution at the Richmond Community Garden.
Cost: $25 per person, or $40 for a family (2 adults and 2 children). Children free and dogs welcome.
