Upcoming course: Broadly Speaking about health determinants
All planning, policies and actions can potentially affect the health of the community. Working and planning together we create opportunities to improve the wellbeing of the community.
Broadly Speaking is a FREE interactive training course that brings together people from across local and regional government, the health sector, and a wide variety of other organisations, to unpack the complexities of wellbeing in our population.
The course runs over two half days where you can discover the fullest extent of your role in creating a healthy population. The workshops are facilitated by Dr Anna Stevenson and Bek Parry from the National Public Health Service.
Session One: Wednesday 18th March 2026.
Session Two: Wednesday 1st April 2026.
Time: 8.30am to 12.30pm each day.
