Inaugural Professorial Lecture: Growing great teams
Modern health care services require interprofessional teams to deliver the most appropriate care. Hear Professor Eileen McKinlay from the University of Otago talking about her journey of growing interprofessional teams and what interprofessional collaborative practice looks like in clinical workplaces.
Eileen is a registered nurse and her work currently involves organising the delivery of learning activities for pre-registration health and social care students at the University of Otago and other institutions. Her research involves when, why and how to grow students’ interprofessional skills so they are ready to join and form great interprofessional teams as graduates.
