The Yarns Men: Come and chat with Rob Brown
You are invited to the next Yarns Men session with Rob Brown. Born in Christchurch and raised in Greymouth, Rob Brown left New Zealand at 23 and spent more than two decades living hard across Australia and England.
After burnout at 30 and a cancer diagnosis at 48, Rob began to face the stories he had been hiding behind. Now the founder of Self Driven Man, he coaches men in their 40s and 50s who have ticked the boxes, but quietly wonder who they really are anymore.
Join this real yarn about identity, healing and becoming the man your family needs.
Date: Thursday 4th June 2026.
Time: 6 to 7.30pm.
Location: Inside Bar at Smash Palace (172 High Street, Central City).
Cost: $26 per person - covers food and a drink.
