Thrive 2026 seminar: Food to thrive
The Thrive Aotearoa Charitable Trust invites people with acquired neurological conditions and their whānau to join this series of inspiring talks. Learn about the role of nutrition in mental health and the power of food and micronutrients to support mood, resilience and recovery with Professor Julia Rucklidge.
