Yoga
Balance and nurture your nervous system and body-mind connection through breathing and mindful Hatha Yoga Movements as the winter months approach.
Instructor Doreen aims to create space in our body, relax our mind, and restore our nervous system in a small, cozy, and gentle space.
Bring your yoga mat (otherwise provided) and wear comfortable clothing.
Dates: Fridays in May 2025 (2nd to 31st May inclusive).
Time: 11am to noon.
Stress Management
Would you like to learn your triggers and how to manage your life's stress? Teresa is a Registered Social Worker who will help you develop skills that support general health and well-being goals.
Dates: Mondays in May 2025 (5th to 26th May inclusive).
Time: 10am to noon.

Is overwhelm and anxiety disrupting your life? You’re not alone! Join Katrina Puckett and Amber Fisher for a supportive and practical workshop exploring simple, effective tools to help manage anxiety, calm the mind, and regain a sense of control.
Whether anxiety is new to you or something you’ve battled for years, this workshop offers a safe space to learn, share, and grow together.
