Resilience workshop from MHERC: Build, Adapt, Grow
Resilience is what gives us the psychological strength to respond and adapt to stress, daily challenges and more significant life events in a healthy and positive way. Resilience needs to be maintained and sustained so that we can draw upon it, replenish it and never fully exhaust it.
This workshop from the Mental Health Education and Resource Centre (MHERC) acknowledges the realities of the systemic pressures experienced in modern life and explores the required skills and approaches to minimise their negative impact. It will explore how we develop, maintain, adapt and sustain our resilience in order to preserve our wellbeing in demanding times.
Date: Tuesday 28th April 2026.
Time: 9am to noon.
Location: Mental Health Education and Resource Centre (Level 1 at 12 Hazeldean Road, Addington) or online.
Cost: $129 per person including GST.
