Tilly Stevens from It All Matters provides online education for individuals and groups wanting to learn more about how to maintain wellbeing while experiencing life changing diagnosis, serious illness, ageing, loss and grief. She aims to build on existing knowledge and coping skills to ensure people are resourced and supported to better navigate whatever is coming next.

How to Be an Activated Family and Caregiver
This workshop delivered is over two evenings and is based on the Waiting Room Revolution's "7 Keys to Navigating a Life-Changing Diagnosis". The course explores 4 of the 7 keys to help you feel more prepared and hopeful, more empowered and activated, more confident and ‘in the know’.
Dates: Mondays on 8th and 15th June 2026 (2 sessions).
Time: 6 to 8.15pm both days.
Location: Online via zoom.
Cost: $150 per person.
