Healthcare professionals needed for survey on AI in healthcare
Do you trust AI to support clinical decisions? The University of Canterbury is looking for NZ and AU healthcare professionals to participate in a short anonymous survey - open until Saturday 14th November 2026.
Researcher Luke Mokomoko is exploring which factors influence healthcare professionals’ intention to use AI-driven clinical decision support systems (AI-CDSS) - tools designed to assist with clinical diagnosis and treatment. As AI-CDSS technology continues to develop and enter clinical settings, understanding healthcare professionals’ attitudes and intentions is essential.
You are eligible to participate if you are:
- A doctor or a nurse.
- Currently working in New Zealand or Australia.
Participation involves completing a 10-minute online survey administered via Qualtrics. The survey includes short vignette scenarios that were developed in collaboration with New Zealand healthcare professionals to ensure they are realistic and clinically relevant.
Participation is entirely voluntary and fully anonymous — no identifying information will be collected.
As a thank you for your time, all participants who complete the survey will be entered into a draw for one of three $100 gift card vouchers.
