Wills and Trusts: What you need to know to plan ahead for disabled children

The Waitaha Enabling Greater Lives (EGL) Regional Leadership Group is hosting a special FREE session designed for whānau/ family on how they can help protect the future well-being of disabled children.

This session will cover:
- how a will and trust can future proof the wellbeing of your disabled children;
- how any non-disabled children's future well-being can also be catered for;
- understanding welfare guardianship;
- understand Enduring Power of Attorney and how to set it up; and
- the different types of trust and who to choose as a trustee.
