Yoga Nuture
To nurture us from the inside out, we will continue this winter to balance and nurture our nervous system and body-mind connection every Friday in August through breathing and mindful Hatha Yoga Movements.
Instructor Doreen aims to create space in our body, relax our mind, and restore our nervous system in a small, cozy, and gentle space.
Bring your yoga mat (otherwise provided) and wear comfortable clothing.
Dates: Fridays in August 2025 (1st to 29th August inclusive).
Time: 11am to noon.
Learn the Skill of Relaxation
It is almost impossible to assess and solve problems and take constructive courses of action to improve your situation if you are functioning in a state of continual tension.
Learning to function in a more relaxed manner will lead to improved mental and physical health.
In this session, you will explore the practice of learning to relax and managing stress to achieve a more relaxed and well-balanced life with Katrina Puckett and Amber Fisher.
