Lou is the former Director-General of the Department of Conservation, Vice Chair of IUCN Commission for Protected Areas (Oceania), adventurer and writer. Lou is a fascinating speaker and storyteller with his feature articles appearing regularly in The Press. Lou will give an illustrated talk drawing on his many conservation experiences and expertise in Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally.
