Thrive 2026 seminar: Rest to thrive
The Thrive Aotearoa Charitable Trust invites people with acquired neurological conditions and their whānau to join this series of inspiring talks.
Dr Steve Harris had a severe traumatic brain injury in a mountain bike accident in 2019. With rehab, he now carefully manages ongoing disability whilst working part-time as a pediatrician and child and adolescent psychiatrist. Steve will do his best to wake you up with a session about the importance of rest and sleep in thriving with a neurological condition.
Date: Wednesday 9th September 2026.
Time: 10am to noon.
Location: BrainTree Wellness Centre (70 Langdons Road, Papanui).
Cost: $5 per person.
